This township is Exclusive for Japanese People Employee at Maruti Suzuki , Honda or its different Vendor at Vithalapur -New AutoMobile Industrial Hub .The project was the fit out of the new Tower at the Vithlapur consist area of Each Block 35 Nos 1 BHK Flats , with Dedicated Kitchen , Canteen Hall , Service utility at terrace and Parking .
Our Scope : – Total Flat Electrical Work with Data , Telephone and Tv . Also includes Total Infra work for block with SITC of Main panel with – ACCL Arrangement, FSP and MSP for GEB power and Dg Power . Work Include ITC of DG for 100% backup power for Residance. Total work done as per Japanese standard . The project started on JULY 2019 and Completed on NOVEMBER 2019 .

Electrical scope of works comprised installation of lighting & emergency lighting, installation, Communication system installation , CCTV & PA Work. The installation was completed in June 2024.
